PLATFORM
These four principles TRUST ~ TRANSPARENCY ~ COURTESY ~ COMMITMENT are the values that I strive to emulate daily in service to this community and are the values on which this campaign is established and run. I am campaigning for the honor and privilege of your vote to be able to officially continue serving this wonderful community that we all cherish and love. These core values are integral to my platform, my duty, and my commitment to provide the best service to the citizens of Groves and honor the integrity of the office to which I am entrusted.

TRUST
Trust is earned. It is not an entitlement, not even of a position of authority. I am thankful to have earned the trust of those who have endorsed me; my goal is to continue to work for, earn, and maintain the trust of all of the community I serve. That started the day I was first sworn in as an officer in Groves. It will continue for as long as I am a part of this community.

TRANSPARENCY
One of the fundamental ways to earn and maintain trust is transparency. What person would not want transparency from government bodies; especially one as integral to the community as public safety? I have always sought to be open to discussion and public discourse, and I understand the police department is a body that serves the public and must be accountable to the public. This is paramount to mutual respect and trust which is vital to a thriving and healthy community.

COURTESY
We are all human beings and worthy of respect. Part of the motto of our police force is "courtesy". Though we may not agree on everything, we can and should always show respect and kindness in our discourse. I lead by example in being courteous to everyone. This starts in my home with my family and carries over to all interactions in my life, and is what I encourage in the department and community in which I serve.

COMMITMENT
Promises are just empty words if there is no conviction or commitment to see them through. I know everyone is weary of empty promises from political and government officials. My commitment is to this community; my work will not merely be a job, but a continuation of my life's purpose: to love, serve, and protect with honor and distinction. When I am elected… No doubts… my dedication to this department and city will continue as it always has.
